Positive = slower (weaker); negative = faster (very strong).
Whole grains usually need less bulk; auto-tuned from grains in Nerd tab.
Presets nudge temps & adjustments to common loaf styles.
Example: 900 g for a standard bâtard.
Total batch is based on this.
